A lot of hard work goes into making the products that we offer, all products are made to order, our design and manufacturing team works hard on all the products, however, we have a human team at work, so there is always a margin of error, in our case, the error percentage happens to be low (0.02%). We have a simple refund policy that is drafted to ensure the best interest of both parties involved.
Refund is provided if the product is returned to us within 7 Days in its original condition(s) to customers who have received wrong/damaged product. We have a ‘no’ question asked return for customers who have received wrong, damaged or an incomplete order from our end.
